Work details
Our client, a Japanese famous retail shop, is looking for candidates meeting the requirement below.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, C&B, performance management and staff relations
Co-ordinate HR office administrative services and activities
Prepare HR & management regular reports
Handle other ad hoc projects as required
Perform staff orientation with new join staff
Handling recruitment process including screening and selecting, conduct interview for staff in HK
Prepare HR related documents in relation to employment, staff movement and termination
Requirement:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 2 year’s relevant HR working experience, experience in sizable organization is an advantage
Familiar with Hong Kong Labor Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
Knowledge in MFP ordinance would be an advantage
Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and self-motivated
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS office application (Excel, Word and Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available is an advantage
