Technical Support Assistant-Game maker

Our client, a Japanese famous Game Maker is expanding their business and is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
 
Responsibilities
-       Provide technical support to game development department on PC and equipment operation
-       Perform technical helpdesk support including PC setup, system and software installations, escalation, problem solving for development department
-       Manage and maintain good storage of development equipment
-       Conduct game testing
-       Assistant in marketing operation including preparing marketing material, packing and etc
-       Other ad-hoc project assigned by Manager
 
Requirements
-       Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines
-       At least 1-2 year experience in related technical support
-       Has passion and interests in video game
-       Has a creative mind
-       Documentation and problems solving skills
-       Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
-       Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
-       Willing to work over-time when required
-       Immediately available is an advantage
 
Package
-       16～20K
-       Mon-Fri 08:30am-5:30pm
-       Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus
-       AL 1st year 9days, Max 14days
-       Transportation Allowance (Actual used)
-       Over-time Pay
-       Medical Insurance(Including Dental Insurance)
-       Location: Hung Hom
