Our client,a Japanese Company is the best and most trusted name in preowned liberality watches. They are looking for a candidate with the following requirements:
Responsibilities
• Keep inventory of pantry supplies, furniture, photocopier, fax machine, projectors, plants, etc.
• Timely update the company record such as telephone list and fax memories whenever necessary
• Assist in liaising and coordinating with service providers and suppliers, such as stationeries, business card, pest control, carpet cleaning and ventilation cleaning services
• Assist in coordinating and organizing company events and staff recreation activities
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
• Assists in daily general office administration, but not limited to purchase, replenish office supplies and manage facility maintenance
• Assists in day-to-day office administrative functions, e.g. data input, document scanning & filing
• Perform reception duties, including answering incoming calls, handling mails, dealing with courier matters, greeting visitors in professional and polite manner
• Set up (with refreshment for important meetings) / clean up / turn off electrical appliances inside conference rooms before / after meetings and provide all needed services for the conduct of business meetings
• Perform outdoor assignments such as mailing/documents collection, cheques bank-in and delivery whenever necessary
Requirements
• Diploma or above
• Japanese - JLPT N1 or N2 qualified with good written skill
• One year working experience of admin work.
Pleasant and outgoing personality with experience in administration or HR fields would be an advantage
• Strong sense of confidentiality for handling confidential information
• Good team player, meticulous, punctual, energetic and positive attitude
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred
** Fresh graduate is welcome
Package
• HK$11.5K to HK$13.5K
• 5 days work
• Discretionary bonus
