Our client, a Japanese Electric manufacturer is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team -
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales administration support to sales team in Hong Kong Office, such as processing sales order, receiving and issuing invoice etc.
- Handle company's logistic operations, including but not limited delivery control, inventory control and purchase order- Manage the stock product list and warehouse which is located next to the office- 100% internal sales for the group company, in charge of procurement and logistics operation- Ad hoc task when assigned by the managers
Requirements:
- Diploma or above- Over 3 year experience in sales supporting role, preferably in Electronics field- Coordinate with Vendors and customers, handling I/E operation is must- Acknowledge of sales and trading operation, documentation of invoices, customs - Self-motivated, well-organized, independent & responsible- Good PC knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power Point, Chinese Word Processing- Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin - Immediate available is highly preferred
