Our client, a Japan basis trading company which is dealing with semiconductors and electric components is now urgently looking for suitable candidates as the following:Sales Assistant – EMS Business
Responsibilities: - Assist to Sales Executive team with documentation- Preparing documents for shipping, customs, quotation and invoicing- Delivery arrangement, cooperating with other branches- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements- At least 1 year solid working experiences in business operation and support- Experiences in the industry of semiconductor, electric components should be advantage- Acknowledge of shipping, and customs documentation is advantage- Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin- Daily conversation level of Japanese is preferable- Immediate available is preferred
Package- 11K-12K- Double Pay + Discretionary Bonus- 5 days(Mon- Fri, 8:45-17:45) - Overtime Allowance- Transportation- Medical Insurance- Annual Leave: 1st year 10days, MAX 15days- Sick Leave: 12days/Year- North Point
