Responsibilities
- Perform purchasing transactions & activities to ensure smooth and continuous stores’ operation
- Manage deliver schedules and status of goods
- Price Calculation, Contact suppliers to obtain price quotes and performed negotiations
- Monitor and manage reasonable stock level
- Source and communicate with current and potential suppliers
- Data summarization and sales reporting
- Staff uniform stock control
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
Requirements
- Academic Qualification: F.5 or above
- Relevant working experience in purchasing field (Experience in F&B industry is preferable)
- Less experience will be considered
- Business level in English & Japanese ( JLPT/N2 or above )
- Proficient in PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Japanese and Chinese Word processing
- Good communication skill,Cheerful
- Immediate available
