Our client, a famous Japanese electronics manufacturing and trading company, specialized in electronics parts, is now looking for a customer service.
Job duties
•Provide sales administration support to sales team in Hong Kong Office, such as processing sales order, monitoring delivery and issuing invoice etc.
•Communicate and liaise between factories and clients
•Handle ad hoc projects
Job requirements
•1-2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
•Good command of English and Mandarin. Japanese speaking is an advantage
•MS Office applications with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
•With team spirit and willing to learn
•Immediate availability is highly preferred
