Senior / Shipping Officer - Audio & Visual Products

Our client, a trading company looking for a candidate with the following requirements:
 
Responsibilities:

•    Handle full set of shipping documents
•    Handle order fulfillment, shipment follow up and delivery information with customers
•    Handle order processing including quotations, purchase order and sample to customers
•    Provide supports and assistance to Sales team
•    Manage and process shipping documents and invoices
•    Coordinate with PRC suppliers and oversea customers
•    Answer general e-mail and phone enquiries from clients
•    Perform ad-hoc assignment


Requirements:

•    F.5 standard or above.
•    Handle full set of I/E document , LC document
•    At least 3 years shipping experience in trading industry
•    Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•    Highly organized, efficient, and customer-driven, with a detail-oriented and methodical mindset Packages:
Package:

•    HK$15K to HK$22K

•    13 months with discretionary bonus
•    5 days’ work
