Work details
Our client, a trading company looking for a candidate with the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Manage the orders release to forwarder for shipment;
• Handle the original customs documents from the suppliers & arrange payment;
• Ensure the shipment documents are updated and accurate in both hard and soft copy;
• Follow up orders, coordinate and work closely with factory and customers.
• To strengthen business relationship with existing customer and new customers.
Requirements:
• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1.5 or 2 years of relevant working experience
• Highly organized with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Loyalty, proactive, self-motivated with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese – Business levels
• Proficient in MS office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing
