Our client, a Japanese Trading company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following position for their Kwan Chung office:


Supervisor - Car Parking and Warehousing


Responsibilities:


- Provide car park management and warehouse management support.
- Monitor the logistics and space allocation to maintain high efficiency and quality services.  
- Provide facility support to coordinate with outsourcing staff: facility, cleaning, security guard to keep the client property run smoothly. 
- Communicate with external partner for service improvement. 




Requirements:


- Diploma or above in Facility/ logistics management or related field. 
- Around 5 years of relevant industry experience, current working experience in the Car Park industry of Hong Kong will be an advantage.
- Property management with experience to manage outsourcing staff. 
- Experience to manage a property with warehouse (own / client own) preferred 
- Good command of Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill. 
- Good organization & time management 
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Immediate available is highly preferable.
