Our client, a Japan's largest delivery service company. Business cover corporate and household client to provide door to door delivery service. The company is currently seeking a suitable candidate to join and develop the business for service expansion.
Japanese Speaking Customer Service Coordinator - Logistics
Responsibilities:
•Follow up sales order, prepare quotations for sales team
•Proceed customers' shipment / delivery instruction via coordination with operations team & Japanese client.
•Handle customers' enquiries & invoice issues / booking...etc.
Requirements:
•Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
•At least 1 year related experience in logistics company
•Good in Japanese (JPTL N1), and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
•Good in Microsoft office applications.
Package:
•5 -days / 09:00 – 18:15
•Discretionary Bonus
•San Po Kong (With free shuttle bus service to Diamond Hill MTR station)
