Japanese speaking Executive - Production Control Support (5 months contract)

Our client, the famous Japanese automotive parts supplier is now looking for 5 months contract  Production Control officer urgently. Please take a look below and apply.
Title : Executive -Production Control Support (5 months contract)



Responsibilities:
- Handle several automotive/mechanical parts and electric components


- Responsible to support sales team with assist ordering and purchasing, importing and exporting 
- Preparation of shipping/importing/exporting and warehouse documents on each request



- Liaise vendors/suppliers 




Requirements
- Good command in both spoken and written Japanese, English, Mandarin
- Posses appropriate working experiences in manufacturing or logistics companies
- Familiar with supply chain management, basic knowledge in handing logistics and shipping operation
- Experiences in Japanese manufacturing company is preferable 
- Good at documentation relevant to shipping and warehouse 


Package:

- Working period should be from the first of July to the end of November 2017 ( 5months )
- Mon- Friday, 9:00-18:00 

- 3 days Annual Leaves(during 5 months) , 
- Medical Allowance
