<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle daily Import /Export documents and liaise with factory
- Outbound cargo shipment preparation
- Support sales teams, Coordinate with forwarders, factories and transportation companies or cargo agents for shipment arrangement
- Checking the freight charges, and bills
- Maintain daily operations and support month-end closing
- Ad hoc duties
- Fresh or junior applicants are welcome!
- Around 2-3 years of international trading work experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of full-set of I/E & prepare the banking documents under L/C, D/P, D/A is preferred.
- Willing to learn or familiar with trade declaration
- Good communication in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel
(The applicant who has experience in using SAP system is preferable)
- Data input skill with high accuracy
- Responsible, stable, proactive and cooperative with teammates.
