<Job Responsibilities>
・Secretary duties for chairman and General Manager (scheduling, setting meetings and so on)
・Keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements.
・Handling paper works in contract or payment matters.
・Preparing presentation materials by using ppt or excel including translation work needed.
・Provide admin support and assist admin manager(general administrative tasks etc).
・Other Ad-hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Good command of Japanese (at least N2 passed) both speaking and writing
- Business level of English and conversational level of Mandarin
- Basic accounting skill (ex. bookkeeping) or experience is needed and related work experience (secretary, accounting or admin) is preferable.
- Reliable and honest with good communication skill
- Proficient MS skill (especially Power Point and Excel)
- Familiar with Japanese culture and Japanese company’s culture
- Tertiary Education background
- Fresh graduate is welcome
