Japanese Speaking QC Supervisor/品質管理スーパーバイザー

We are looking for a candidates who has experience in quality control/management of food or manufacturing process line to explore and build a sustainable food supply chain with us.

(1) Development of quality control (QC) standards
- Make visual QC standard for packing workers
- Product Examples: Sweet Potato, Carrot, Onion, Apple, Chinese Yam, Peach, Grapes. etc

(2) Development of SOP for QC and Packaging process
- Develop SOP for packing process for each product
- Product Examples: Sweet Potato, Carrot, Onion, Apple, Chinese Yam, Peach, Grapes. etc

(3) Daily QC Reporting
- Check the packing process (Whether it is in line with the instruction )
- Check the retunrned goods quality and input in defect report and make analysis of the symptom.
- When arrival of the container, check 100% of the case of each item arrived before putting into the storage. Input the numbers in defect report and make analysis of the symptom.

(4) Daily management and improvement of the QC and packing line
- Analyze and improve the QC and packing process efficiency based on daily data

(5) Labour management of the packing line *the duty is less amount
-Manage the weekly roster of the packing line worker and scheduling

- Ad hoc duties

(1)品質管理(QC)規格の策定
- 梱包作業員のための視覚的なQC標準の作成
●商品例:サツマイモ、ニンジン、タマネギ、リンゴ、山芋、桃、ぶどう等

(2)QCおよびパッケージングプロセスのためのSOPの開発
- 各製品の梱包プロセスのSOPの開発
●商品例:サツマイモ、ニンジン、タマネギ、リンゴ、山芋、桃、ぶどう等

(3)毎日のQCレポート
-梱包プロセスを確認(指示に沿っているかどうか)
- 再調整された商品の品質を確認し、欠陥レポートに入力し、症状の分析を行う。
●容器の到着時に、各商品のケースの100%が届いたことを確認してから保管。不具合レポートに数値を入力し、症状の分析を行う。

(4)QCおよび梱包ラインの日常管理と改善
- 日々のデータに基づいてQCと梱包プロセスの効率を分析し改善。

(5)梱包ラインの労務管理 *比較的少ない業務量
-梱包ライン作業者の毎週の名簿とスケジューリングを管理

- その他関連業務

＜ Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Depends on our operation schedule, overtime job is required.
-Experience in Operation management of food processing or manufacturing is required
-Computer skills (Excel) and data analysis skills are required.
-Business level in English and Japanese.
