<Job Responsibilities>
• Conduct industry/market research and prepare presentation/sales materials for the RMs
• Conduct data analyses on market trends
• Translate materials from Japanese to English/Chinese and vice versa
• Provide administrative support to the team such as booking flight tickets and accommodations, handling reimbursement
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese
• Around 3 years of sales support experience in the banking/finance Industry preferred
• Candidates with administrative experience and no banking/finance experience will also be considered
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
