<Job Responsibilities>
・Payroll & Taxation management
- to supervise subordinate for the maintenance of staff information, attendance, OT, leave record are updated in system, ensure the accuracy of payroll calculation and reconciliation
・Staffing
- provide full support in policy review, employee handbook review, salary benchmarking, etc.
- conduct exit interview with resigned staff
- to supervise subordinate to prepare final payment and reference letter
・Benefit Administration
- negotiate with insurer, renewal for insurance plan (such as medical, business travel, employee compensation, etc.)
・ Audit
- responsible for internal and external audit
・ Concurrent in Organization & Performance Management Section
- support Mainland China operation of Performance Appraisal, HR system, staff plan, etc. Overall understanding & support on South China operation.
・Ad hoc duties
<Requirements>
- At least 5 years of solid experience as HR generalist
- Degree Holder in human resources or related discipline
- Excellent commend of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Provide all round HR support & strong in C & B
- Self-motivated, independent, detailed minded with strong interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge in MRC system & China experience preferred
- Travel to Shenzhen is required (under normal situation)
- Knowledge of Japanese and experience in major Japanese company will be an advantage
- Cheerful characteristic with good communication skill
