<Job Responsibilities>
• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Provide all-around administrative support such as receiving and sorting daily mail, managing office supplies stock, and placing orders, booking meeting rooms,
• Assist the admin team to prepare company events
• Inspect the front and back areas and make sure all is always impeccable, arrange repair service if necessary
• Assist in secretarial tasks and minutes taking for management
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME
• At least 1 year of admin experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese
