【Job Responsibility】
- Plan, implement and evaluate marketing activities for assigned brands, then review the sales performance and prepare analysis reports for internal and external meetings in a regular basis. - Create, draft, apply for approval, and obtain approval for brand-specific marketing plan (e.g. In Store Promotion, etc.) from the Marketing Director to improve sales and profit. - Share products information and promotion plan with sales staff for their explanation to Distributor and provide advice on negotiation in order to gain the confirmation and establish business relationships with partners and customers. - Confirm advertising and sales promotion plan implementation status, cost management in order to make the strategy succeed definitely and review the effect. Ensure close collaboration based on the result with other departments to achieve Company's goals. - Analyze and review various market data and sales forecast from POS data to make a proper strategy, and report the result at internal and external meetings monthly. - Control profit and expense based on sales forecasting for assigned brands every month. - Create promotional contents and the material based on the sales promotion plan after understanding not only the local market condition and demands, but the direction of the Japanese head office. - Develop and revise the explanation sticker to be attached to the back of Japanese original products in order to comply with the Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, Basic Law of Hong Kong and other related regulations and ordinances. - Confirm the preparation process up to the first shipment. Coordinate with SCM staff as needed to create SOPs and to manage product distribution in good condition. - Discuss and negotiate with promotional companies (which create sampling and promotional materials) and advertising agencies regarding promotional material designs and events - Propose ideas for new products every month. - Collaborate with the head office in Japan regarding new product development and advertising planning - Follow the Company Credo (*) to consider the improvement of assigned job process and efficiency, and support the team to achieve the goals * Company credo; Think by yourself, decide by yourself, act by yourself, and be accountable.
【Requirements】
・At least 2 years working experience in marketing related roles
・Working experience required in FMCG industry
・Proficient to analyze a lot of data with a software as Nealsen
