<Job Responsibilities>
• Liaise and supervise overseas branches regarding HR issues such as designing and explaining the latest HR policy, approving the new headcount, and supervising the appraisal meeting (70%)
• Handle HR & admin duties of the Hong Kong branch, such as compensation and benefit, answering phonecall and purchasing office stationery (30%)
• Handle travel arrangements(flights and hotels), visa renewals, and accommodation for Japanese staff in HK
• Translation and Interpretation(Japanese-English-Chinese)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N1), English, and Chinese
• At least 3 years of HR experience in a Japanese company
• Proficient in MS Office
