Our client, Japanese famous garment manufacturing company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Sales/ Sales Assistant as followings:
Job Description
<For the first or second year: Sales Assistant>
- Learning company’s production, service, method and etc.
- Arrange export delivery control
- Liaise with Japanese HQ’s Sales team
- Business trip to S.E.A, MLC, Taiwan and Japan *around once or twice per month/ about 3-4days to one week
- Assist any ad-hoc duties- Handle any ad-hoc duties upon required
<After independent: Sales Executive>
- Follow up and maintain good sales relationship with existing customers
- Liaise with Japanese HQ’s Sales team and own factories
- Business trip to S.E.A, MLC, Taiwan and Japan *around once or twice per month/ about 3-4days to one week
- Assist any ad-hoc duties- Handle any ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Good command of English and Mandarin, conversational Japanese for internal use
- Above two years working experience in Sales or Sales Assistant
- Able to perform frequently business trip (MLC & S.E.A)
- Stable and flexible
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Additional Job Information
During Sales Assistant: 16,000 – 20,000 HKD
After promoting to Sales: Around 25,000 HKD *TBC and depends on performance
- Mon-Fri : 9am – 6pm

- 1st year: Special leave 7 days, Maximum (14) days *Able to use after probation
