Our Client, a global industrial equipment company is now looking for a Business Development Manager as the following;
Responsibilities:
• To explore and develop new business opportunities for the company.
• To design strategic plan on product promotion and sales.
• To prepare and follow up tender proposal submissions.
• To coordinate and implement projects with internal and external parties.
Requirement:
• University degree with minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing post, preferable in Cash Handling Equipment field and have channels in retail market.
• Able to identify market segment and potential customer for the product assigned.
• Able to identify customer’s needs; analyze and provide solution.
• Strong analytical, logical, problem solving skills and business acumens
• Mature and Self initiative, and able to work under high pressure.
• Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; spoken and written of Japanese is highly preferred
Package:
• 5 days + Alternate Saturday
