With more than two decades’ track record, this well-established skin and hair care products distributor has its own brand as well as imported a number of well-selected brands. Their products can be found in salons, spas as well as major retail chains. They are looking for a resourceful business development manager:
Job Responsibilities:
•Research, evaluate, identify and pursue business opportunities in SPA & Salon sector mainly focusing on China’s hotels and club houses to meet the Company's short and long term business goals;
•Plan, create and implement an annual territory sales plan to ensure achievement of assigned goals for Review sales plan, accounts, promotional efforts and ROI to determine success track; make adjustments to plan accordingly.
•Develop strong partnership with hotels and club houses to generate business; retain and manage business relationship with them
•Implement marketing strategies through such means as product demonstrations and training, as well as joint promotion for targeted accounts; Create and execute promotional programs; provide promotional materials to clients.
•Account penetration with new product and new SKU's of the assigned brand;
•Assist in marketing events such as trade shows and industry event, to generate new client leads and remain updated about new products coming onto the market.
Job Requirements:
•University graduates in Sales & Marketing or Business related discipline;
•Strong understanding of hotel/spa client and market dynamics and requirements;
•Minimum 2 years’ working experience with spas and hotels, experience in China market will be a plus;
•With an ambition to expand the business scope in China;
•Proactive, ambitious and analytical;
•Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
