Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative - Logistics

our Client, a well known Japanese logistic company  is currently looking for Japanese Speaking CS to their team 



Responsibilities:


•Proceed customers' shipment instruction via coordination with operations team & warehouse
•Assist sales team to prepare quotation and handle customers' enquiries & invoice issues
•Maintain good communication with local & Japanese clients, local operations team & Japan headquarter


Requirements:


•Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
•At least 1 year related experience in freight forwarding industry
•Fluent Japanese, English, Mandarin / Cantonese


Package:


• 5 days 

• Discretionary Bonus

• Kowloon

• Up to $15K
