Our client, a Japanese Trading company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate outsourcing staff: facility, cleaning, security guard to keep the client property run smoothly.
• Report maintenance issue and case status to Japanese manager.
• Communicate with external partner for service improvement.
Requirements:
• Diploma or above in Facility management or related field.
• 2 - 3 years in property management with experience to manage outsourcing staff.
• Experience to manage a property with warehouse (own / client own) preferred
• Good command of Japanese speaking and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Good organization & time management
• Proficiency in MS Office
Package:
• 5.5 days (Alternate Sat, half day)
• Kwai Chung
• Up to $20K
• Double pay
• Overtime pay
