Japanese Speaking Senior Licensing Officer - Toys Trading

Our client, a famous Japanese characters company is looking for below candidate
Responsibility:
• Expand the existing licensing portfolio, source and negotiate with potential new licensees; and liaise with active licensees of both existing and developing markets in order to achieve sales targets.
• Have sound understanding of Hong Kong and Southeast Asian markets for proper licensing strategies formulation
• Ensure strong brand presence in the responsible markets
• Knowledgeable in IP protection for counterfeit handling
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
 Requirements:
• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines
• At least 4 years working experience in character licensing business
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure with strong project management and analytical skills
• Sales experience on South East Asia market
• Attentive to details, proactive, creative and able to work on multi-tasks, with strong self-motivation
• Good command of English and Mandarin, Japanese speaking is highly preferable


Package:
• Mon – Fri / 09:00 – 18:00 
• Double Pay 
•Kwun Tong 
• Salary up to 22K
