Work details
Our client, a Japanese health products company is looking for the candidate with the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
Support the Supply Chain affairs such as Inventory Control, Stock Allocation , Stock Control, Delivery and Shipping arrangement to ensure the supply chain programs are properly implement and executed
Work closely with internal parties e.g. buying teams in control of warehouse capacity utilization and issue on overstocked/slow movement items and the stock allocation
Work closely with delivery team to ensure the delivery service, reporting are properly executed
Assist in inventory management strategies and meeting company objectives for material and customer service levels
Maintain monthly purchasing, logistic statistics and reports
Prepare analysis report on Supply Chain KPIs
Assist to implement supply chain improvement projects and process improvement
Support in solving quality issue with supplier’s management
Assist in ad-hoc assignment
Continually and systematically reduce material costs and inventory levels
