Company Overview
Our client, Japanese electronic company, is now looking for a Japanese Speaking Sales Coordinator as followings:
Job Description
• Handle general sales supporting duties such as prepare quotation, issue invoice, delivery
arrangement, sales order management
• Provide assistance for Sales team on sales forecasting, issue sales report and any other ad hoc duties
• Follow up the payment with customer
• Liaise with Japan Headquarters and other group companies in Mainland China or South-East Asia
• Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
• F.7 or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Fluent in Japanese, Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
• Experience in Japanese company and electronics field is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Applications like MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and hard working
• Able to work independently
