Job Description
Provide general secretarial support to the President
Coordinate and arrange business travel arrangement, transportation and accommodation for local employees and guests
Perform reception duties such as greeting visitors, handling couriers and mails etc
Provide administrative support such as stationery/beverage ordering etc.
Assist to coordinate & schedule company activities e.g. CSR activities, company functions and meetings
Requirements
Diploma or above preferably in any discipline
2 years relevant experience in handling general office administration duties and providing secretarial support to senior management, candidates will less experience are also welcome to join
Overseas study or work experience in Japan/ sizable Japanese companies is a plus
Excellent command of business Japanese, English and Mandarin
Mature, good interpersonal and communication skills
