Japanese Speaking Logistic Coordinator - Fashion Retail

A famous Japanese retail Company is now seeking a high caliber and energetic member to join their team:


Responsibilities
• Manage total product logistics from the warehouse to the store
• Replenish products to stores based on the sales situation
• Analyze the sales trend to ensure sufficient stock level at the store
• Forecast monthly sales based on the trend, and transfer products between stores accordingly 
• Manage the proper stock level at the store via daily sales monitoring
• Prepare related reports for inventory status, stock list and database update
• Manage periodical stock take (i.e. physical inventory count)
• Assist in POS system implementation or other logistic operation systems
• Support solving any issues relates to the product / production (similar to the QC function) 
• Maintain good communication with both internal and external parties
• Prepare different kinds of reports regularly
• Be proactive in seeking improvement of professional inventory control and warehouse management.




Requirements
• Degree holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Minimum ３years of working experience in logistics/ warehouse operations
• Experience in apparel / accessories industry will be appreciated
• Independent, responsible and reliable with pleasant personality and good team player
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good command in Japanese, English & Mandarin 
• Speaks Japanese fluently, writing Japanese as business level. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel




Package
• Mon – Fri / 9:30am – 18:30pm 
• Kwun Tong 
• Salary up to 17K 
• Bonus
