Factory Manager - Food & Beverage

Our client, a Japanese Food Retail Chain Stores is now looking for talent to join their team - 

Responsibilities:


• Supervise the production efficiently, ensure quality and on time delivery;
• Drive the development of the factory and the people;
• Responsible for recruitment, coaching of general factory workers;
• Identify, implement and monitor the strategies of management and long term production plans;
• Monitor the current systems and procedures in achieving cost-effectiveness and good quality control; 
• Liaise with various departments and external parties to meet the company’s goals and targets;
• Reporting to the Director;

Requirements:

• Diploma in manufacturing / food or related discipline;

• Minimum 6 years’ working experience in a food factory;
• Very flexible and able to adapt to the changing environments and Management demands; and
• Good command in Cantonese and knowledge in English is a plus.
