Japanese Speaking Assistant Merchandising Manager - Garment

Our client, a reputable garment manufacturing company is looking for a senior merchandiser / Assistant Merchandising Manager to join their team:


Job duties




• Maintain strong business relationship with vendors and business partners for product development and production
• Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop sourcing strategy
• Handle sample development and bulk production follow up
• Cost, quality and timeline management
• Conduct business trip to PRC factories
• Monitor subordinate work and progress
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned


Job requirements 




• F.5 holder or above
• Over 5 years’ experience in garment merchandising
• Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2) and English
• Flexible and independent candidate, willing to work overtime and take business trip 
• Position will commensurate with relevant working experience


Package




• Lai Chi Kok
• 20-30K 
• Mon – Fri (09:00 – 18:00) 
• Double Pay 
• Discretionary Bonus
