Japanese Speaking Business development Officer - Financial Services

Our client, a Japanese leasing company is looking for a talent to fulfill their team - 
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare monthly reporting and ad hoc reporting items to HQ.
• To provide supports to Japanese Managing Director and Managers.
• Assist Managers in providing timely, professional and premium services to the clients.
• Assist in developing business strategy and implementing business plan.
• To support other business development functions.
• To summarize research findings for projects assigned by Japan Head Office.
• To handle ad hoc assignments as assigned by managers.


Requirements: 
• Degree holder or above with at least 3-5 years’ working experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably with experience of serving Japanese Managers.
• Fluent in Japanese (N1), English and Cantonese, and knowledge of Mandarin is preferable.
• Able to handle trilingual correspondence in Japanese, English and Chinese.
• Good knowledge of Windows application is a must.
• Good interpersonal, communication and time-management skills.
• Mature with analytical mind.
• Previous exposure in infrastructure, healthcare, renewable energy, water and public sector would be an advantage.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Officer.
