Job Description
Handle general administrative duties
Prepare report with MS Excel
Handle hotel, air ticket, restaurant booking, company event arrangement
Handle any ad hoc duties
Requirements
•With at least 1 year relevant working experience.
•Experience in Japanese electronics/machinery company would be advantageous.
•Good command of Japanese ,English and Mandarin
•MS Office applications with MS Word, Excel
•Good communication skill
•Immediate available is prefered
