Our client, a Japanese electronics manufacturer, is now looking for candidates meeting the requirements below:
Job Description
To response for providing clerical and administrative support to the Admin & Account Manager
To handle receptionist duties of greeting guest, answering the phone, mailing order, courier services, office administration procurement, daily data entry and invoice verification
To assist in organizing staff activities and ad hoc projects
To arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
Preferably at least 1-2 years relevant working experience in handling Administration
Less experience and fresh graduate will be considered
Sense of responsibility, commitment, problem solving and time management skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure, good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written & spoken Japaneses (JLPT2), English and Mandarin
Stable work history, mature, detail-oriented, responsible and hardworking
Immediate available is an advantage.
