Our client, a famous Japanese toy company is now looking for the following candidate as below
Job Description
•Handle local and overseas customer inquiries, suggestions, including pre-sales and after-sales requests for product information, payment, order processing, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and general information via email and phone calls to ensure customers’ inquiries are resolved in compliance of service guidelines
•Resolve customers’ complaints promptly to achieve customers’ satisfaction
•Resolve dispute or charge back filed by customers on payment companies
•Verify and monitor the work and operation of customer service partners for accuracy, work methods, techniques, and compliance with applicable standards and specifications
•Monitor online store operations; collect users’ comments and experiences for service quality improvement
•Arrange internal cross-departmental meetings and negotiate with service partners and other external parties
•Handle returned merchandise , damaged and defective items, prepare replacement parts to ensure customers’ satisfactions
•Occasional business trip if necessary (East Asia Area)and perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
•Higher Diploma or University graduate in Sales & Marketing or related studies
•Minimum 1 year practical customer support experience in the retail industry dealing with consumer goods for individuals (B to C) (prefer in e-commerce company or digital marketing agency)
•Clear communication by e-mail and phone call with convincing and organized manner
•Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
•Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2/Level 2 of JLPT is preferred but not a must)
