Our client, a Japanese famous Chemical & Plastics company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
- Performing with a high level of accuracy when processing orders, providing documentation and arranging shipments
- Logistics and shipping coordination through domestic and international freight forwarders and external warehouse locations
- Managing accounts in Greater China
- Data analysis and reporting utilizing CRM, SAP and Excel
- Maintain intimate relationship with both our internal staffs and external customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- Preferable 3- 5 years relative customer service experience or sales assistant in global organization
- Able to handle full set of shipping documents
- Self-motivated, well organized, diligent, with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Good communications on spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS office software, including Word, Excel, Power point.
