Job Description
•Handle order processing with suppliers
•Monitor performance of suppliers
•Work on process improvement with suppliers and offshore office
Requirements
•Degree holder is preferable
•A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in trading / customer services
•Sound knowledge of international trade / logistics
•Strong sense of logical thinking, good problem solving and communication skills
•Familiar with MS office applications(Excel, Access) and word processing
•Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
•Proficient in Putonghua
•Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
•Knowledge in SAP R3 (ERP) system is an advantage
•Pleasant, co-operative and with a strong sense of responsibility
