Job Description
To assist Japanese Sales executives and manager in documentation and data entry
To support translation and interpreting for the operation
To handle shipping/logistics/custom preparation in documentation, application
To correspond to each enquiries by email/phone from customers
Requirements
Above F5, discipline in accounting background would be advantage
Good command of spoken and written in both Japanese and Mandarin (English is also must)
Some relative working experiences in sales coordination, shipping is preferable
Fresh graduates & non- experiences are also considerable
Detail minded personality, cooperative and teamwork mindset.
