Job Description
•Handle full set of I/E shipping documents, customs declaration, L/C documents, order entry and invoice processing
•Follow up shipment schedules and bookings to ensure smooth operation
•Coordinate for all logistics activities with internal parties, vendors and forwarders
Requirements
•Diploma or above in logistics / supply chain management or related disciplines
•Min. 2 years of relevant experience in trading or shipping companies
•Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge in trade link, SAP is preferred
•Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
•Detail-minded, good team player and willing to learn
