Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese manufacturer whose business is expanding in China is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Assist in Sales team in Shenzhen office
-Handle general sales supporting duties such as prepare quotation, issue invoice, delivery arrangement, sales order
-Provide assistance for Sales team on sales forecasting, issue sales report
-Liaise and assist with customers
-Business trip to Shenzhen when needed(training,annual dinner)
-Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Higher diploma or above, Bachelor degree is preferable
-At least 3 years working experience in related position
-Worked in Japanese trading company is preferred
-Good command of Japanese(internal use) and Mandarin
-Mature and flexible as the office is newly established
-Responsible, self-motivated, independent and hard-working
-Start working from Mid February

-Mon-Fri(8:30am-5:30pm)
-AL 1st year 7 days, Max 14 days
