Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese trading company handling semiconductors and electric components is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Arrange shipping schedule and inform customers
-Communicate with customer and supplier to keep good relationship
-Input the data of order, stocks etc.
-Prepare the quotation
-Moving the carton and putting label on the goods in the office will be required occasionally
-Candidate with experience will also be responsible for simple accounting
-Visit clients in Shenzhen/Dongguan(around 3 times a year)
-Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-At least 2 years experience in related role
-Fresh graduates are welcome
-Excellent command of Mandarin and English
-Knowledge in Japanese(at least in reading emails)
-Someone with numeric skills, stable, good communication skills and detail mind
-Immediately available
