Job Description
Our client, a Japanese product company is now looking for following candidate to join their company.
Retail Operations Assistant
Job duties:
-Provide administrative support and report to retail operations manager.
-Coordinate between wholesales customers and retail shops to ensure a smooth operation.
-Handle customer enquiry by phone or E-mail.
-Support in sales forecast / analysis.
Requirement
- DSE or Diploma.
- 1~2 years administrative support experience gained from fashion or beauty in retail industry.
- Good in MS office especially on pivot table and vloopup is a MUST
- Good in English, Chinese speaking, Japanese speaking is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skill and self-motivated
- Immediate available is highly preferable
Location: Kowloon East
5 day work week
