Our client, a Japanese trading company is now looking for a customer service to fill up the team.
Job Description
・Receive orders and prepare documents for shipping, invoice, and etc.
・Handle company's logistic operations, including limited delivery control
・Delivery arrangement, which is placing & shipping an order from mainly factory in PRC
・Ensure their service commitments fulfilled & meet customers' requirements
・Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
・Good command of English, and Mandarin (Communication with factory in PRC)
・Japanese speakers must be advantage (but not necessary)
・Immediate available
・Fresh Graduates are welcomed
