Our client, a global company with offices in US, APAC & Europe is looking for someone to fill up the position:
Job Description
•Support daily sales operations and work close with Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers
•Coordinating air tickets/hotel issuing/booking for sales team
•Manage the marketing and sales leads with system for generation and analysis
•Prepare sales contracts and work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement and inquiries
•Maintain and transmit sales and pipeline status reports and provide real time access to such information to company management
•Assist in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
•Diploma or above in any discipline
•Minimum 3 years of sales coordination and administration experience
•Analytical, systematic and sensitive to numeric presentation
•Good interpersonal and communication skill
•Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
•Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independent and under pressure
