Our client, a British company leading chauffeur services company in worldwide, they are looking for the candidates to fill up the following requirements.
Duties
To provide advice to customers regarding their requirements and to prepare cost estimates and bookings where necessary
To respond to customer queries/ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Developing customer relationships with ability to build up relationship network at top level
Handle and deal with service issues in a timely and monitor all work process of CS team
Requirements
Degree holder in any discipline.
Experienced in customer service experiences with Hotel, Airline and Travel Agency is preferred
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Good command in Japanese (JLPT2/N2 or above)
Proactive with good attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem identifier and solver, outgoing, good team player and work under pressure
Immediate available is highly preferred
