Our client, a Japanese sizable company, is looking for a customer services Officer meeting the requirements below.
Duties
Handle customer inquiries in a good business manner
Schedule arrangement & Orders follow up
Contact with factories and clients’ sites/offices
Provide support to team members and manager
Prepare documents and reports
Requirement
Degree holder
With 2 yrs relevant experience in Customer Support & Order follow up
Good command in English, Mandarin and Japanese
Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
