Work details
Our client, a Japanese manufacturer and distributor which is dealing with cosmetics and accessories goods is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Responsibilities
- Arrange delivery schedule, order goods and manage the lead term and quality
- Liaise with suppliers in China
- Manage the stock quality of the Japanese warehouse
- Handle documentations such as INV/PL
- Communicate with the HQ in Japan in Mandarin (Chinese and Taiwanese salesman)
- Business trip to China (mainly Shanghai) is required once in 2-3 months
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 3 years sales experience as a purchaser or Sales Coordinator
- Excellent command in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage but not necessary
- Proficient in MS office application
- Responsible, good communication skills and self-motivated
- Immediately available is an advantage

- Mon-Fri(9:00am-6:00pm)
- 13 months Fix(includes Double Pay)
