Our client, a well-known Japanese Trading Company is now looking for talented candidate for the below position:
Japanese Speaking Deputy General Manager – Station in Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
Taking full responsibility in handling business development in regards to synthetic resin
Follow up existing clients’ request and provide solution with the best quality services
Lead and manage sales team, plan and implement sales strategies in order to expand the greatest market share
Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years solid experience in plastic / synthetic resin, with at least 1 year management experience
flexible in station at Shenzhen and frequent travel (S.E Asia / Japan / Europe)
Proficient in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and Mandarin, business level in English is preferable
Independent, decision maker and with strong leadership skill
