详细工作内容
Our client, a muiltinational electronics company from Japan, is looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Manager for their factory in Dongguan.
Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, implement and review safety plans and programmes to prevent occupational injuries at the company’s factory
Ensure factory policies, facilities and equipment are up to local statutory standards
Design safety standards and policies with relevant guidelines and procedures
Provide specialist advice on health and safety issues to employees when required
Advise the management and provide framework on improvement plans on workplace health and safety
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Minimum 7 years of experience in OHS related positions; OHS experience in factories is a definite advantage
Professional qualifications in OHS, such as Registered Safety Officer/Auditor of the Hong Kong Labour Department (RSO/RSA) or Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner, is an advantage
Ability to communicate across employees of all levels and functions
Fluent Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English; Japanese is an advantage but not a must
Station in Dongguan, China; housing will be provided
